Veteran Nigerian flautist with cross-cultural Itsekiri and Swiss roots, Dr. Tee Mac Omatshola Iseli (MFR) has urged the two sons of late singer, songwriter, actor, journalist, activist, and politician, Onyeka Onwenu not to cry over their late mother’s death as she lived a fulfilled life and died like a heroine. The former PMAN president admonished the late singer’s sons when the board of Musical Copyright Society Nigeria, MCSN comprising of the President, King Sunny Ade; the Chairman, Orits Wiliki, the CEO Mayo, Louis official; Keke Ogunbe, Dr. Tee Mac and many others visited the 2 sons and family of Onyeka Onwenu on Tuesday 6th of August.
According to the renowned flautist, Onyenka Onwenu made everyone happy before she died. She died after entertaining everyone at the birthday party with good musical performance so she is a heroine.
Speaking with Global Affairs Magazine Tee Mac postulates that after Paying Respect to Onyeka Onwenu, they all signed the condolence register and discussed the funeral arrangements.
He hinted that they unanimously agreed to celebrate the wonderful life of their colleague and sister, Onyeka in a special way.
